Handmadeglowae provides repair services for household appliances and electronics. Once a repair is completed and approved, services are considered fulfilled.

Shipping costs for returns depend on the circumstances:

  • Returns due to customer preference: Customer responsible for shipping costs
  • Service error returns: All shipping costs covered by Handmadeglowae
  • Local customers may arrange pickup service at our location at no additional charge

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or email to explain the issue and request a return authorization
  2. Provide your repair order number and details about the problem
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions from our team
  4. Ship the device using appropriate packaging and insurance (if applicable)
  5. We will evaluate the device and determine the appropriate resolution
  6. Receive repair, replacement, or refund as determined appropriate

Non-Returnable Services

The following services are generally non-returnable:

  • Completed repairs that are functioning properly
  • Diagnostic fees for services performed
  • Custom or special-order parts that have been installed
  • Time-based consulting or advisory services
  • Used consumables, cleaning supplies, or materials

Exceptions may apply for warranty-covered defects or service errors.

General Legal Requirements

Warranty on Repairs

All repairs performed by Handmadeglowae include a warranty covering workmanship and parts. Warranty terms are provided at the time of service completion. If a repaired device fails under warranty, we will address the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Repair services may be cancelled before work begins. If cancellation occurs after diagnosis but before repair, a diagnostic fee may apply. Once repair work has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Device Pickup

Repaired devices must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. Devices not picked up within this timeframe may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

Unrepairable Devices

If a device cannot be repaired or repair costs exceed device value, we will notify you. You may choose to retrieve the device as-is or have it disposed of. Diagnostic fees apply in these cases.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a repair fails to resolve the issue and is covered under warranty, we will re-repair at no cost. Refunds for completed repairs are generally not available unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Refund Procedure

When a refund is approved:

  1. Refund request is reviewed and approved by management
  2. Refund is processed within 5-10 business days
  3. Refund is issued to the original payment method used
  4. Customer receives confirmation of refund processing
  5. Refund may take additional time to appear in customer's account depending on payment provider

Partial refunds may be issued for partial services or in cases where only certain aspects of the repair are eligible for refund.
