Handmadeglowae provides repair services for small household appliances and electronics. We diagnose issues, provide estimates, and perform repairs based on customer approval.

Repair Estimates

All repair estimates are provided before work begins. Estimates are valid for a specified period and may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repairs and before device pickup. We accept various payment methods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Warranty

Repairs performed by Handmadeglowae are covered by a warranty period. Warranty terms are provided with each repair and cover defects in workmanship and parts.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate device information
• Backing up data before repair
• Payment for completed services
• Picking up devices within the specified timeframe

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain respectful and professional communication with our staff
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Handmadeglowae is not liable for data loss, including but not limited to files, photos, contacts, or other personal data stored on devices
• We are not responsible for cosmetic damage, scratches, or wear that existed before repair or occurred during normal use
• We are not liable for issues unrelated to the specific repair service provided
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided

We recommend backing up all data before service and removing any personal or sensitive information when possible.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• We encourage informal resolution by contacting us directly to discuss and resolve any issues
• If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through mediation
• Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against us

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
